My Edgar Rice Burroughs inspired Martian looking character.

I inked in an unused sketch for a client ( John Stater of Esoterica Exhumed HTTPS://LANDOFNOD.BLOG/).  This illustration is an Edgar Rice Burroughs inspired Martian looking character.  Edgar Rice Burroughs was an American pulp fiction author most famous for creating Tarzan.  He also wrote novels about Barsoom his fictional representation of the planet Mars.  Edgar Rice Burroughs  was very influential in the adventure and science-fiction genres of literature. I read A Princess of Mars, the first in Burroughs Barsoom series.  Still is a great novel in the adventure and science-fiction genre over a hundred years after its 1912 publication date.

My illustration of a robot stepping out for a stroll around the block.

This one is a robot illustration I started during a meeting.  Started the drawing with a sphere and built off that shape.

Under Sea illustration. Just have to add some color in the future.

Another illustration on one of my beloved interests.  Should take the time to color this one in on my computer.  Left all the heavy black ink out of the background for that reason.

Look out! Here comes the bullywugs of the bog!

Here is my homage illustration of the bullywugs of the bog.  They were created by Gary Gygax for the first edition Advanced Dungeons and Dragons original Fiend Folio.  The bullywugs are portrayed as a violent race of marsh-dwelling frog-like humanoids.  Bullywugs were often featured as a common antagonist in the 1980s Dungeons and Dragons animated series.  I always liked these frog-like villains.

I finished up this unused Inktober alien illustration.

This is an unused ink illustration of an alien that I made back in October.  It was for Inktober, I just did not finish it before the month was up.  Not sure what this guys deal is.  He is not the sort of creature I would want to run into in a dark alley.  Honestly, I really don’t want to run into anyone in a dark alley.  I prefer my dark alleys completely abandoned.

My illustration of a ferocious space crab monster

My illustration of a ferocious space crab monster on a distant planet orbiting the dying star Betelgeuse.  Betelgeuse is a red supergiant star 642.5 light years away from our planet.  Astronomers believe the star might end its life in a supernova explosion.   Started this illustration at a meeting at school way back in 2017.

Perilous perils on a perilous planet.

The title pretty much sums it up.  My illustration of a planet that is not suitable for intergalactic tourism.

Made some fan art of D.C. Comics Etrigan the Demon

Here is my drawing of Etrigan the Demon that I made during a meeting at school.  I remember the episode of the Batman animated television show when Batman teamed up with Jason Blood the mortal that is bound to the demon Etrigan to fight Klarion the Witch Boy.  It was an unusual episode because Batman had to fight against an opponent that used dark magic.  Batman only had his trusty utility belt and the help of his Demon cursed friend Jason Blood.  In the D.C. Universe the wizard Merlin bound the unruly demon to a mortal peasant named Jason Blood and that is part of the backstory of the Demon Etrigan.  My mind wonders during meetings about educational mumbo jumbo and my mind happened to wonder into the memory of Batman and his demon buddy.

Happy 2018! I’m starting the year out with a space Cyclops drawing.

Happy 2018!  Hopefully this is going to be a good year for my family and humanity in general.  I’m starting the year off with a space Cyclops drawing.  Started this one at a meeting at school way back in 2017.
