Another meeting created monster.  I think I took some of the design from a Japanese Godzilla monster or something from the Mighty Morphing Power Rangers.  I can’t remember exactly what image inspired this lobsterman monster.

I made a Star Wars illustration for May 4th.  This stormtrooper is on the planet Felucia.    Felucia is the flora covered planet briefly depicted in episode three, Revenge of the Sith.  Happy Star Wars Day to one and all!

Frustration banana monster of rage!

I made this monster a while back during a particularly monotonous meeting.  I think my very real frustration came out in the odd design and rage of this creature.  He looks very livid about something.

A little girl and her monster.

I created this illustration over the weekend.  Not sure what the story is behind this one, but the two of them seem to get along.  She is just an angry little girl standing by her equally angry friend monster.

Watercolor T-Rex painting I made while painting with my son

I did some watercolor painting with my son on Friday.  I made this quick illustration of a T-Rex while my four year old son had a good time painting shapes and colors.  Scanning watercolors on my Canon printer always distorts the color.  Still, it came out fairly close to the original.

Drawing robots with my son.

I drew a few quick robots and a monster with my four year old son.  He drew his own robots.  He likes drawing just like his dad.  He is really into Astro Boy right at this particular moment.  I included his drawing below mine.

Ahoy a couple of pirate sketches.

Yo ho ho, I made a few pirate sketches.  I always enjoy drawing pirates and that is no hornswaggle.  Hope some son of a biscuit eater enjoys these drawings.

Tim the tiefling

A tiefling in the forest.  A tiefling in the Dungeons & Dragons fantasy roleplaying game, is a horned humanoid race.   They usually have tails, maybe this Tim has a tale to tell about his lack of tail.

Created this illustration at lunch a few weeks back.  I was thinking about the inch worm toys that were around when I was a kid.
